Reviews Registered Nurse in Big Rapids, MI 49307 Fantastic facility to work for, everyone knew one another and cared about who you were. We had the saying "Care with a Personal Touch" True to form, we cared deeply for our patients. There was always great teamwork and management was fantastic with communication, willing to work when the unit was busy, and willing to help staff with working hours after coming back from an illness. Registered Nurse in Big Rapids, MI I worked in the OR which was fun and I learned a lot. The initial learning curve is high as we are required to learn all the cases. Call time was high so you needed to know that going into it. I loved the environment and the work crew, you become a family which is so cool. RN Case Manager in Big Rapids, MI I was able to do home care then OB then back to home care. I had the advantage of working for the hospital and being able to get lab results and Emergency room records with ease due to computer system. I had a great boss who always supported her nurses.
